A big decision

In October 2021, HCET decided to invest in the construction of a new production base, covering a total area of 8,000 square meters, with a production workshop area of 5,500 square meters, which is a production base integrating research and development, production and sales. At the beginning of the year, Mr.Chang develops the strategy concept to give the company a further boost. This involves completely relocating the head office at the Pforzheim location in order to open the door to the future from a new location with a new workforce and new organization . All other production plants are to be incorporated into the continuous supply of materials and revenue in order to carry out the scheme as quietly as possible. No deliveries are to be cancelled or postponed. A comprehensive solution emerges.
