Application case of temperature sensing cable temperature switch

The temperature-sensing cable is generally used as a temperature detection device, also known as a linear temperature-sensing detector. There are two elastic steel wires inside the temperature-sensing cable, and each steel wire is covered with a layer of temperature-sensing and insulating material. The two steel wires are in an insulated state. When the ambient temperature rises to the predetermined operating temperature, the internal temperature sensitive element will generate a large resistance or disconnect, and the two steel wires will be short-circuited. The input module will generate an alarm after detecting the short-circuit signal.

Recently, a Russian customer came to us and needed to add a small-volume temperature control switch to the temperature sensing cable. Before that, their company used NTC resistors as internal sensitive components. This time adding a temperature switch is a new project, and the customer's temperature needs to be 60 degree( normally closed), and it is required to quickly disconnect once the temperature gets to 60 degree. According to the customer's requirements, the HCET-A series temperature switch can fully achieve the purpose. After communication, the customer will be sent a sample test the next day. The principle of adding a temperature switch to the temperature sensing cable is as follows: the temperature switch is connected in series through the connecting wires of the inner core and outer layer of the cable, the outer layer of the connecting wire is covered with an insulating and heat-conducting layer, and the outside of the insulating and heat-conducting layer is covered with an outer protective layer. Precise setting of the detection value, when the temperature exceeds the set value of the temperature switch, the output node signal realizes the fire alarm function.

The HCET-A temperature switch can be used repeatedly in the temperature sensing cable, which reduces the frequency of cable replacement, improves the use efficiency and reduces the use cost, and can be used with confidence.
