Characteristics and precautions of temperature switches

Temperature switch has the characteristics of small size, shell insulation, sensitive action, long life and so on. It is widely used in all kinds of motor, induction cooker, vacuum cleaner, coil, transformer, electric heater, ballast, electric heating appliance, fluorescent lamp ballast, automobile motor, integrated circuit and general electrical equipment overheat and overcurrent double protection.  

Points for attention:  

1. When using contact temperature installation, the product should be close to the installation surface of the controlled appliance.  

2. Do not collapse or deform the plastic or metal shell during installation, so as not to affect the performance.  

3, metal shell products with insulation coat in the installation of external insulation sleeve can not be removed or broken, to avoid leakage, to ensure the use of safety.  

4, the product is used in the circuit of not more than 5A current, should choose the copper core section of 0.4-0.75 mm 2 wire connected with it.  

5. The product should be stored in a ventilated, clean, dry and non-corrosive gas place with relative humidity less than 90% and ambient temperature below 40℃.  

KSD9700 SERIES products are a kind of temperature switch with bimetallic sheet as a temperature sensing element. When the electric appliance works normally, the bimetallic sheet is in a free state, and the contact is in a closed state. When the temperature reaches the operating temperature, the bimetallic sheet will be heated to produce internal stress and quickly move to disconnect the contact, cut off the circuit, so as to play the role of temperature control. 

 When the appliance is cooled to the set temperature, the contact automatically closes and returns to the normal working state.  Widely used in household water dispenser and electric water bottle, disinfection cabinet, microwave oven, electric coffee pot, electric pot, air conditioning, glue machine and other electric appliances.
