Working principle: The lower layer of the seat is a layer of non-woven fabric. The heating wire is arranged on the non-woven fabric. Seat heating is shaped and stitched into the seat cover.

In order to improve the comfort of the occupants in the car and control the seat heating temperature within a certain range, 2 temperature controllers are arranged in the seat heating pad:

(1)50±5°C off, 30±5°C on ;

(2)43±5℃ off, 23±5℃ on.

The backrest heater is connected to the power supply of the seat cushion heater through the connector, the power supply of the seat cushion heater is connected to the instrument panel wiring harness through the connector, and then connected to the battery power supply through the seat heating switch, fuse and ignition switch.
