  Mr. Chang Jiang, who has become a business executive and technology chief since graduating from college, founded the company in Nanjing with his wife and began making thermal protectors and temperature-controlled switches for the auto industry. From the beginning, he believed that comprehensive technical force, advanced manufacturing force, adhere to quality first, continuous improvement, to provide customers with unique safety and surprise, win the trust of customers. In this way, he chose red as the basic color of HCET, the name of the company is derived from the traditional Chinese culture: “The ocean is vast because it admits all rivers”, remind yourself that if you want to develop, you must absorb advanced technology and management personnel, get together and innovate constantly. Today, HCET has become a highly competitive high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of motor protectors, overcurrent protectors and temperature sensors in China. At the beginning, HCET had just 12 employees.

2011

• In March 2011, we introduced a new generation of automated production line

  There is a saying in China, it is called " Grinding a chopper will not hold up the work of cutting firewood " 。Excellent equipment can further improve the quality of our products, make the operation of workers more simple, mistakes will be reduced, and at the same time, the output can be greatly increased.

2012

• New product development

  Once again, HCET has succeeded in meeting the demand for ever higher performance in ever smaller spaces. In June 2012, new products were added to the high-power motor overcurrent protector family, which further enhanced the comprehensive competitiveness of the products。

2013

• The company applied for its first patent

  

  There are many entrepreneurs who own patents, but very few of them from their own inventive activity. With Chang Jiang's first patented invention "Multi-function motor protector", HCET launched the first motor protector with multiple functions in the Chinese market. The appearance of the protector solves some potential safety problems before, and provides more reliable safety protection for the motor. Since its invention, this versatile motor protector is still one of the best-selling products in the industry.

2014

• A year of growth

  During the year, HCET increased the total number of employees at the Nanjing plant to 68 and the number of production lines to 7. The company's production and sales have made a big leap. We founded a production plant in Shenzhen, and the main research area is sensor technologies.

2015

• The company began to obtain a variety of certificates

  A rating says more than words. HCET is a national high-tech enterprise which has passed the ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification. It has a number of independent patents, and its products have passed the UL, TUV, CQC, PSE multinational international safety regulations certification.

2016

• Exhibition

  Participating in the exhibition can improve the popularity of HCET, and also allow us to learn advanced technology and management experience, so as to recognize the gap between ourselves and world-class industry practitioners. We participated in the Frankfurt International Auto Parts Show, AWE International Coil Show, Munich Electronics Show and other electronic components, motor and international battery shows.. 2017

• A spectacularly smooth relocation always gets people talking.

  With the development of HCET, the original factory is no longer suitable for the needs of production and office, so we did a relocation. A company relocation is one of the most challenging entrepreneurial challenges and rarely succeeds without serious problems. At HCET, a plan was worked out in advance that hardly anyone thought possible at first, but which was then meticulously adhered to and implemented in a spectacular fashion.

2018

• · Cooperation with Nissan, there are more than 10 customers in the automotive field

  HCET has completed the delivery to FAURECIA, and its products have been successfully applied to NISSAN, BYD, Wuling, Dongfeng, Yutong, Cadillac, Land Rover, NIO and other auto brands. Partners in the field of smart household appliances include Bull, Xiaomi, Covos etc.

2019

• · Export expansion

  HCET is already capable of producing 60 million pcs protective components and sensors annually。The products are exported to the United States, Canada, the European Union, Brazil, Japan, Vietnam and other countries and regions. Exports account for more than 50 percent.

2020

• Impact of the COVID-19

  Since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic in early 2020, the cards have been reshuffled many times in numerous markets. The global impact of the pandemic severely tested many companies and their people, partnerships and supply chains in 2020 too. Lockdowns, material bottlenecks and regulatory requirements, as well as inflation spikes, produced unprecedented challenges - but also opportunities. Opportunities that were not even conceivable in the past for many were now brought within reach by changed conditions and circumstances. Companies that had already done their homework were able to overcome many unforeseen difficulties and, through flexibility, willingness to adapt and technical advantages, once again assert themselves ahead of others and emerge stronger from COVID-19.

2021

• A big decision

  In October 2021, HCET decided to invest in the construction of a new production base, covering a total area of 8,000 square meters, with a production workshop area of 5,500 square meters, which is a production base integrating research and development, production and sales. At the beginning of the year, Mr.Chang develops the strategy concept to give the company a further boost. This involves completely relocating the head office at the Pforzheim location in order to open the door to the future from a new location with a new workforce and new organization . All other production plants are to be incorporated into the continuous supply of materials and revenue in order to carry out the scheme as quietly as possible. No deliveries are to be cancelled or postponed. A comprehensive solution emerges.

2022

• A summary of success

  In August 2022, HCET moved into a new manufacturing facility, it was the 12th anniversary of HCET. Today, HCET produces more than 80 million thermal protectors, temperature switches and sensors annually, and today's group and company management have managed to increase the value of the company 400-fold through their own efforts, without going into the red or drawing on outside capital.
